They wanted to create a brand which has depth and meaning so the team thought long and hard about the concept. A Phoenix in Greek mythology was a bird that could live for a long time and could also be regenerated or reborn from the ashes of its predecessor, so the Phoenix’s strong association with fire and longevity are traits and facets which are also associated with the restaurant.
