Ramadan Full Moon Connection to the Self.
A Yoga flow that focuses on the intersection of body, mind, soul, and the balancing of energies through balancing chakras. With the month where people share blissful feelings around, we will go in a journey together to direct all those energies to the destination of where all vibes should manifest through, the heart. A body cleanse won’t be of a value in Ramadan without a mindful and spiritual injection. The session features deep postures, the use of props, Yoga Nidra, meditative moments, and relaxed breathing. Yin Yoga is designed to be quiet, restful, and rejuvenating.
